The delivery times for standard dispatches to Austria and Germany are generally 48 hours if no Sunday or public holiday is in between, in the EU 5-7 work days and into countries outside of the EU at least 10-15 work days.
In that case your delivery service will leave a note that your package will be stored in the nearest storage office where you have to pick it up by the next day.

Due to continuous updating of our database only currently available articles are presented in our online shop. However, in exceptional cases it might happen that a specific article is already sold-out by the time of your order.
The availability of your selected article is automatically checked before completion of the order process. You are immediately notified in case that a certain article is sold-out in the meantime.
Yes, generally it is possible that a certain size and/or colour of an already sold-out article will be available again at a later time. Therefore we recommend that you visit the Bullshop regularly and check the availability of the desired article.

All articles ordered at the Bullshop can be returned within 14 days free of charge throughout Germany. Simply use the return sticker and send the product to the following address:

If you have already settled the invoice the amount will be refunded to you immediately.
Please note that returned goods have to be in a condition corresponding with normal usage for initial examination purposes. The articles have to be labelled with the original label. We reserve the right of not accepting the returned goods in case of a decrease of quality of the goods due to an advanced usage.
We offer high-quality goods. If articles are delivered with any material or manufacturing defects, then please notify us immediately. In the case of an article breaking during the warranty term, we offer a repair or replacement service for 1 year after the purchase date. This legal warranty can only be provided if the defect already existed at the time of purchase.

The item view provides an enlarged picture of each article (partially back and front view). Moreover you receive information about the valid price, size and an extensive article description.
The current number of items in your shopping cart is displayed on the right side below. Click on the shopping cart button to find detailed information about the articles and their according prices in your shopping cart. Please check the selected items for their amount, colour and size.
To complete your order please click "start order process" and you will be automatically transferred to our security server. After entering your data, complete your order by clicking the button "send order".
